What to include
- Your purchase or signup email.
- The product name.
- A screenshot or exact error message if available.
- Browser/device details for website issues.
- Billing receipt or Stripe/Gumroad confirmation for payment issues.
Response expectations
Most support messages are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Billing and access issues are prioritized.
