What to include

  • Your purchase or signup email.
  • The product name.
  • A screenshot or exact error message if available.
  • Browser/device details for website issues.
  • Billing receipt or Stripe/Gumroad confirmation for payment issues.

Response expectations

Most support messages are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Billing and access issues are prioritized.
